NCT Rugby Homebirth group

If you are planning a homebirth or just want to find out a bit more about your choices before you make any decisions then this will be a useful evening for you. If you have recently had a homebirth (or planned one) then please do come along and tell your story and give your 'top tips'. Babies most welcome!

The group is usually held bi-monthly on the first Tuesday of the month from 7.30pm, at the Friends Meeting House, Regent Place, Rugby. There are car parks within walking distance and you can usually get a parking space on the street but there may be a charge.

It is a friendly and informal meeting. There are usually local midwives, doulas, antenatal teachers and parents present to help answer any questions.

There is no charge but we serve tea/coffee/juice/biscuits and we have to hire the hall so any small, voluntary contributions on the night will be gratefully accepted.

If you are interested in a waterbirth then a demonstration pool may be set up on the night for you to have a look at, if this is something you are particually interested in please do get in touch in advance and we will try and make sure one is available on the evening you plan to attend. Additionally one may be available to loan for your birth.

To find out when the next session will be please get in touch by contacting myself or Nicola at
